In the 3rd T20I, Sri Lanka and New Zealand went head-to-head at the Saxton Oval. New Zealand won the toss and asked Sri Lanka to bat first. Sri Lanka posted 218 runs on the board for 5 wickets in their 20 overs. A brilliant 101 runs knock from Kusal Parera helped the Lankans to achieve a huge score. The Kiwis got a decent start and faught tooth and nail to achieve the target but fell short by 7 runs. Rachin Ravindra was the star player from the Kiwis team scoring 69 valuable runs.
