Even if the Jets don't end up with Chris Spielman as their next GM, it's a very good decision by Woody and Chris Johnson to try to get his input. Chris Spielman and his brother Rick literally grew up with football, as their father Sonny Spielman was a highly successful High School Football Coach in N.E. Ohio. As a long time Lions fan, Chris Spielman ranks amongst my favorite all-time Lions players. He did a great job for Fox and in Lions Pre-Season games as a TV game analyst. He's definitely played an immense role in the turnaround of the Lions.
