The truth is no one but Greg Penner knows what’s going on in the Broncos head coach search. The amount of media time spent on rumors and baseless speculation is ridiculous. It’s hard to fill an hour program when you’ve got nothing to say.
It’s really sad to see how the number one choice for the “BEST HEAD COACH” for the future Denver Broncos seems to keep changing everyday. It seems they’ll have to settle for the coach who applied for all the NFL team openings and was not offered a job. Denver used to be one of the prize coaching vacancies in the NFL; however, Denver really screwed up (not only this year), when they didn’t hire Mike Shanahan’s son, Kyle when Dave Kubiak retired. Joe Ellis negatively willed his power to hamper Elway from making Kyle Shanahan the Broncos head coach. Later, Ellis tore up the contract that Elway and Mike Shanahan Signed to be Denver’s Head coach, when Vance Joseph was way over his head as head coach. Kyle rebuilt a losing 49ers team into a team that has three playoff runs, two division titles, three NFC Championship Games, and a Super Bowl appearance in Super Bowl LIV. I hope Sean Payton becomes Denver's hd!

Get DeMeco Ryans! What seems to me is that Payton is interested in Denver, but Denver is not interested in him. Ryans is more of a long term idea. I'm not thinking about trying to fix Russ, I think he's a washed QB today. I'd rather use the picks on the Draft or offer for Trey Lance if he becomes available.
Aric keeps saying the players thought it was a Super Bowl bc Russ showed up. Russ was the one wearing cleats saying, “4th Lombardi Incoming”

The Broncos should have hired their new coach no later than January 10. Now they are way behind the curve in the coaching search. It is officially time to panic. 0-17 in 2023 because they don't have a head coach yet.
