This enables them avoid relegation and only get a possibility of points deductions. Gives even the EPL an avenue to claim Mancity are not harming the league as they are getting beat left, right and center. Eventually, Mancity money remains in the premier league, the Government continues benefitting from Mancity and no one ever talks about it again since it will have already been arbitrated thtough courts.

Time for the big seven to leave the premier league ,the remaining clubs should have a system which all can afford ,and rules which they can adhere to .The championship is a far more competitive league ,if some players go so what ,it will allow for more young British talent to come through ,as a fan i would enjoy seeing different teams win the league ,and that would show the t.v. companies that more teams matter rather than a few .

Hopefully the Premier League and its clubs can show who "is the boss in the house" and don't let Manchester City and a few other clubs "dictate". Even if my favourite club Everton would belong to the latter ones.
Also hope the PL's independent commission to come to the self-evident conclusion that Manchester City are guilty of dozens, if not nearly a hundred, of those charges put against them, and as a result impose on them an appropriate and just sanction, which will be at least a point deduction in the region of, say 240 points, which could after appeal be reduced to 160 – 120 points.
The initial penalty must be so severe that it can't be made insignificant after appeal.

Man City are the spoilt rich kid of the Premier league. When things don't go they're way or they are caught out, they say "we don't like those rules, change the rules and make me happy". Just relegate them already.
