  1. Kennedy space centre for SpaceX is not as cut and dry as you pointed out!! There is an issue about the closeness of the starship launch facility to the historic Pad 39a as can be seen in a live stream yesterday from SpaceX when launching their falcon 9. The fear is that if at launch of the vehicle happens to explode in vicinity of 39a that it could render it out of commission therefore no resupply or sending of astronauts to the ISS. Since the likelihood of that testing at Boca chica needs to be in operation to belay their fears!! After reading the full fonsi report most of which SpaceX and Elon have been aware of these in relation to environmental issues months before as they pointed it out themselves, I cannot see any issue with the FAA issuing a licence for launch even just for one just to gather data as a point of reference!! I grew up during the Apollo age and my fav as a school boy being Apollo 8. To eclipse this historic flight there needs to be a manned artemis flight to the moon!! Good show and food for thought!!
