USA me koi 1 govt job ke liye 5-50 applicants hote hain wahi European countries me 10-100 hote hain aur ab suno india ki 1 seat ke liye 1000-10000 applicants hote hain aur jitna govt job ko culturally connect kiya jata hai respect wagera se wo USA aur European countries me ulta hai waha corporate jobs more sought after hain waha govt job bas ek job hai isse zyada kuch nhi

I work in a pension department, and pension of ,30000 old people is associated with our work , new system has planned pension credit on 26th of every month so that they can easily pay their emi etc on time , thts why sometimes my section has to work late in th evening for that week and also on Saturdays despite it being a holiday for all other office staff! Stil no one understands it and treat us that its our obligation!

Don't generalize this. Only few jobs have these kind of facilities.
I work in Panchayat Raj department in Andhra Pradesh where we have namesake 6 day week and many times we worked on public holidays and long hours. We have no proper promotion channel as well. Pay is also peanuts. I'm going to quit soon as it is waste of time doing this job.
