Yes, it’s true that a government job can come with some great benefits.
But if you’re looking for a sense of fulfillment in your career, you’re much more likely to find it in a hyper-growth environment where you’re constantly challenged and learning new skills. That’s why private sector jobs are often the best option for people who want to get ahead in life and not do the same monotonous task day in and day out.

What’s my story? An engineer, in love with his job, started teaching on the side. Got lucky. Impacted 1000s of lives. Had to finally leave his job to increase the impact surface area. Raised $5M funding to fix education. Is learning day and day about startups and building a valuable product.
How is it going? A decade of engineering helps in systems thinking and product building. Learning about Strategy, Marketing, People Management, and Finance on the go.
What am I building? Today, 25 million Indians prepare for government job entrance exams. They do it for years together. The probability of success is less than 1% but they still do it. Why? For the lack of a structured alternative to launch their white-collar career. I am building Invact to bridge this gap.
How? Follow me to know, it’s a long story. I am telling it in parts every day.

i see many people in the comment sections dont know reality , they think job security and less work pressure is real peace and happiness . Their are tons of people who are not satisfied by govt jobs , they even resign the jobs and join in private jobs and they are living happily and peacefully. this is dark secert, no one knows actually and no one believes. You may have seen someone who is struggling in private but you have not seen who is succesful and living happily, thats its. because i saw many people who is happy in govt job and who is not happy with govt job also ( they works in govt jobs and other services ..) , life is not same for everyone , govt job not gives real peace to everyone, That's actually depends on our mindset. You may not agree with my statement , agree or not agree , that's the truth.

If you have the capability to crack a government job. Then I say you should go for it, but even after 3-4 years, if you can't get a job in the government sector, then you should stop the preparation. Start looking for a job in the private sector; it is still better to earn something than sitting at home as unemployed. And my advice, especially for general candidates. If you get overage, you will not be able to do anything. You will only lose your confidence in yourself. Money is the only thing you should focus on more, either you earn from a government job or a private sector job.
Money = Respect.
The richer you get, the more you earn respect. It doesn't matter if you are a sarkari babu or working in corporate.
Jisko nhi milta yhi sb chipkata hai
Disadvantages of Govt jobs :-
1. Job security
2. Good Increment in Salary
3. Loan any time for any purpose
4. Personal and family health security
5. Kinds of allowances
6. Good pay compared to work done
7. Yearly leaves and pay on leaves
8. Societal respect
And so on …..
Every word is a lie 😂 haha lol
Bro I'm too from Bokaro (Sector 9) and currently studying in IIT kgp Electrical with specialization in Control Systems. Most of us are preparing for govt exams (Grp A or PSU) because we have seen the amount of layoff and the tension our seniors are facing. In the upcoming years, ChatGPT and AI will result in mass layoff. Initially it seems we can get other job with little bit more hardwork, but after 30 yrs of age when we are no more eligible for govt exams, then getting a secured job is very difficult. You can't compromise peace and money for long time.
Q ki govt job lagana tre bas k bat nhi
bhai tu nend me hai so ja abhi aache se…. pechwade me himmat honi chahie govt job lene ke liye
Seedhi baat no bakwas. In India either prepare for govt job or work hardest for your own business(its business not startup mind it). Both the things take initial some time. But rewards are very high
I am also from Bokaro steel city
Finally I have come to an end
Private Job-
1. Unstable life, Frequent challenges and daily ups and downs
2. Peace is rare and stress factor is more
3. Can be a game changer if got high package
4. No job security
5. Work life balace is worst
6. Work culture management is also worst
7. No fixed routine
8. A little easier to get than Gov job, starting from low salary
Gov Job-
1. Stable life not too much ups and downs
2. Job security
3. Cannot get a boom 💥 in money cases
4. Promotion based on experience
5. Fixed work routine
6. Work life balance is okay
7. Difficult to get the job but worth it
8. Respect
