  1. It's simple their pay to engineers is so less that most engineers prefer to leave ISRO in few years. ISRO's goal is to complete projects, not improve life for the people. NASA, ESA, and JAXA rolled out several products for general public by doing research. Is there any product that came out of ISRO (except attitude and ego)?
