A government job gives two basic things: a stable job with no layoffs & good enough salary. The first point in itself becomes a deterrent to their roles many a time, with people taking this for granted. No wonder show-offs and corruption is widespread.

हां, अभी तो यह बात ज़रूर है कि प्राइवेट में नौकरी पाने के लिए अच्छी अंग्रेज़ी कुछ फायदा दिलाती है। मगर यह ट्रेंड पलटा भी जा सकता है अगर बहुत बहुत बहुत सारा बिजनेस लोकल भाषाओं और बोलियों में हो। ज्यादा से ज्यादा बिजनेस व्यापार का होना, ज्यादा पैसा पैदा करता है और ज्यादा पैसा लोगों को मजबूर कर सकता है बिजनेस मालिकों, व्यापार मालिकों की मातृ भाषा/बोली में ही सारा काम करने को। तब देसी आदमी को बहुत बहुत सहूलियत हो जाएगी काम करने में।

Government job is fantastic, private job is temporary, own business is superb, government job milna difficult nahi hai , hum time pass karte rahte hai isliye years lagte hai clear hone ko , Instagram, facebook, social media bhar bhar ke time pass , normal degree graduation or post graduation ke liye toh padhna hi padta hai toh government job ke liye padh ne ke liye time pass kyu karna , jisko seriously job chahiye woh study karega otherwise excuses are always there
