How do we trust Ai when I was using it for math and found out that an answer was wrong!?!? MATH!!! You'd think that this would be the simplest thing for Ai. After learning this while in school I have doubts, and worry that there will be major mistakes.
I have best way to test a.i. I'm a matter scientist and more. It is not astronomical yet. Not even close. It still can't surpass my level of intelligence. It can't tell you what is true from itself. It is only refering to already existing facts. But popular and not necessarily true facts. It has no way to compare the sense of them. It doesn't solve problems.

Intelligence is a multi-component Phenomena, the definition of which has evolved over time. When Computers became more capable, it was discovered that much of what was considered Human Intelligence could be algorithmically implemented by Computers using a dozen simple instructions: ShiftL, ShiftR, Add, Sub, Mult, Div, AND, OR, XOR, Move, Jump, and Compare, plus some variations of these. They can be executed in any Sequence, or at any Speed, or on any number of Cores and GPUs, but they are still all there is. It is astounding that these kinds of Simple Computer Instructions (SCI) are the basis for all Computer Algorithms. Speech Recognition, Facial Recognition, Self Driving Cars, and Chess Playing, are all accomplished with the SCI. There is nothing more going on in the Computer. There is no Thinking, Feeling, or Awareness of anything, in a Computer. That sense of there being Somebody Home in a Computer is false and is an Illusion perpetrated by the SCI properly written by Human programmers. Even the new ChatGPT chat bot is just implementing sequences of the SCI. A Neural Net is configured (Learns) using only the SCI.
It is unbelievable that marketing departments are trying to imply that there is some sort of Conscious entity involved in Speech Recognition, Facial Recognition, Self Driving Cars, and Chess Playing. But it is all just Hype to influence businesses and consumers into buying AI based products. The products can be very good but the Hype is Fraudulent and Unfortunate. AI merely consists of computer programs performing specific tasks. These would have to be classified as Non-Conscious AI. If Consciousness can be added to Machines then full Conscious AI will be achieved. Computers will need a Consciousness Portal. This portal obviously cannot be a program using the SCI, but must be a Connection to a Conscious Mind through some kind of probably Quantum Mechanics based Electronics.

I think there are really positive aspects, and productivity is going to through the roof. However, (and I wish I could see it playing out another way) I think unemployment levels are going to rise faster than we can deal with. This is in my mind a tremendous paradigm shift in history, we are very very quickly entering a world where the value of human intellect is decreasing in value at a rapid speed.
