I think you're speaking only about the basic pay.. in government jobs, the allowances are more than the basic pay.. i.e. Barely 110% of the basic pay.. now tell me, do private firms give such a pay..
For an interview which I attended for an office assistant in DRDO the basic pay was 26000 and the allowances are like 30000 on total it comes to around 60k..
How come private jobs come near this pay??
