According to a United Nations report, synthetic drug-trafficking has resumed after pandemic border restrictions were lifted, with criminal groups in the notorious Golden Triangle region reconnecting and restoring smuggling routes for illegal drug production and trafficking.

As a person which likes the world to be green, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO FIGHT WITH DRUGS. just destroy it.

Elites using their wealth to take advantage of the poor. Making their country a sort of farmland.
some do say …As the world becomes a messier place ..governments will decriminalise hard drugs further so the masses can cope with the stresses of reality.

You can't help it because one destroys many innocent life,
and that many takes more money to cure.

Be careful bringing drugs in certain quantities to countries in Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. because they have death penalty for drug dealers. but it looks like the Philippines is still 'safe' because capital punishment has been abolished per se in the Philippines.
Fun fact: if you get caught having drugs in Malaysia, it is an instant death penalty
Those in the Gov are selling the drugs, Just like North Korea, Syria, Taliban, Cartels, etc. This is all for show, same old story and nothing new. The Golden Triangle drugs have been going on for decades.
