In a tragic incident, Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old director-level executive from Uttar Pradesh, was found hanging in his apartment in Munnekolalu, Marathahalli, on Monday morning. Atul, who had been fighting domestic violence charges, left behind a detailed 24-page suicide note, explaining the challenges he had been facing. The note mentioned multiple police complaints filed against him by his wife and others, which he claimed had pushed him to take the extreme step, a TOI report stated.

The whole system is such a fraud that Women who faced least or no problems in their lives exploit these institutions and the genuine women who suffer inside out are made to sacrifice themselves. Whether Police, court judges, or people at authority positions are inclined to their own benefit and never to justice. It is seen that genuine and honest people whether men, women, child, old and weak ones or transgender who have nothing are sacrificed. The whole system is based on exploitation of the weak and they think thats make them powerful.
Alimony is often granted during periods when women may not be earning due to various reasons, but it is important to recognize that both parents share equal responsibility and pain for the future of their children. While women advocate for equality with men, it seems that traditional practices regarding alimony remain unchanged, which undermines the progress being made towards true equality.

Why supreme court, govt & political parties are silent on this ? When it comes to women security, they use their power & authority to bring the rules in an instant. The judges are too biased & govt is playing women politics. If they got some time, please focus on men of the society too.
The worst part is that there is no practical mechanisms in India to pull the plug on judges and this gives them the audacity to do anything and everything. An HC/SC judge can only be impeached by the parliament. Judicial corruption is an inescapable reality in India. Judiciary is trapped in conventional beliefs and wisdom. Rest in fridge judiciary.
