Maybe Iran or some other country that has no satelites, but if China or Russia want to see what is going on anywhere in the USA, just position their satelites over the subject and see whatever they need. During Military Secret briefings in the early 80's we had the abiltiy from our satelite to read the newspaper of a person sitting in a Park. What do you think they have?

Folks, My name is David Matherson and I am a US Government Agent. The CIA has already spoken to agents from both China and Russia who have advised that neither China or Russia posses military drones that can fly in the air longer than 16 hours at a time. This is because their military drones are powered by small hydrogen fuel cells which produce electricity for the electrical motors of the drones.
