  1. This is unacceptable.
    There is guideline where to fix cctv camera.
    EC need to make such administrative instructions more stringent.
    In practice, what is reported is that footage is not either available or preserved or even it is heard that the CCTV is put in place as show off business but no recording is done ( WB Panchayat Election Cases pending in the HC ). There are certain agency for this.
