well,, during the martial law, touching a soldier's gun is considered immediate death threat and she could be dead in a seond. The girl is overreacting in front of camera… she is not even a law maker. She didn't have to come to the congress.

내란 가담자는 더 이상 군인이 아닙니다. 법적으로 폭도로 규정되고 헌법기관에 무장한 상태로 친입 했기 때문에 신분 자체가 법을 어긴 범죄자입니다. 군인이 범죄를 저지르면 체포대상일 뿐입니다. 대한민국 법은 대한민국 국민 그 누구라도 현행범을 체포 제압 할 수 있습니다. 법으로 규정된 사항입니다. 대한민국 국민이 무장한 폭도를 제압해야할 의무는 없습니다. 하지만 대한민국 국민이라면 범죄를 용납하기 힘들 겁니다. 군인의 범죄를 정당하게 제압하려는 시민에게 위해를 가하면 범죄 사실이 추가가 될 뿐입니다.

현역 군인들은 명심하기 바랍니다. 법을 어기면 군인도 처벌 받습니다. 상관의 명령은 법위에 있지 않습니다. 상관의 명령이 법을 어긴것이라면 명령을 내린자와 수행한자 모두 처벌 받습니다. 헌법기관에 무장을하고 친입을 하면 국민들이 정당하게 당신들을 체포할 수 있고 무장해제 시킬 권한이 생깁니다. 이에 저항하면 처벌이 추가가 됩니다. 또한 총기로 살인을 하거나 난동을 부리면 시민들에게 정당방위가 성립될 수 있습니다. 이것은 모든 민주주의국가가 동일합니다. 모든 민주주의국가들은 국민들에게 저항권이 보장됩니다. 광주민주화운동이 법적으로 어떻게 결론났는지 참고하기 바랍니다.

대한민국은 공산당이 지배하는 공산주의국가가 아닙니다. 공산주의국가와 다르게 명령만으로 시민을 살해하거나 헌법기관에 친입하는것은 불법입니다. 대한민국은 법치국가라서 법을 어기면 처벌받는것이며 이것은 최고존엄을 인정하지 않고, 대통령이라도 처벌을 받기 때문입니다.

총을 든 범죄자에게 무장도 하지 않은상태로 제압을 시도한것은 위험한 행동입니다. 현행범 제압은 법적으로 보장되어 있지만 군인 범죄자가 총기로 살해할 수 있기 때문에 위험하다고 하는 것입니다.

저거 실탄이 없는 빈 총입니다. 군인은 출동할때 개인화기는 항상 몸에 휴대하게 되어있기때문입니다. 경찰도 출동할때 개인소총은 휴대하고 나가지 않는가요? 그냥 일반적인 사항 입니다.

What’s the point of yelling at a soldier? They’re just following orders. Yelling at them and pulling their guns, knowing that they wouldn’t respond in front of hundreds of cameras, isn’t really brave. They were ordered not to harm anyone and yet she tried to escalate the situation.
