  1. Funny how most of this generation bans and cancels anything they deem morally wrong, yet they’re all taking this service which took my lively hood away and that of thousands of Uber drivers in LA.

I can no longer pay my bills or feed my kids, and the same riders that didn’t ever tip or barely tipped my excellent service and driving in a luxury car for sub standard pay, could care less about supporting the PEOPLE that saved their lives for over a decade.

  2. Wake up! Save this post! It's simple common sense, the future of driverless cars will spell disaster to the economy. The only reason why people survived job loss and unemployment especially during covid is 1099 jobs to fall back on. These Tech companies are going to rake in this money from PEOPLE who depend on this income. Slowly the economy will start to tank and we will enter the new depression. Amazon has taken over and closed so many brick and mortar stores and now our new president is in bed with these tech companies showing his gratitude but not looking outside the box of what's happening. This is why there was monopoly laws set in place but ignored. Folks if you're in the stock market watch very carefully. The rise of robotaxis will be the fall of the economy and people will be scrambling to find jobs. Wake up people! The middle class will become poor and the poor will be homeless. It's a real recipe for disaster.

  3. I’m sorry….has nobody had the reoccurring dream that you are in the back of a car and nobody is driving? I’ve literally had it since I was a child

  4. Progress but…w/how these people are out here, these robots will eventually get filthy, damaged & be a nuisance @ times as you idiots will eventually start sleeping, defecating in'm & much more😄 "in decent societies these would be beneficial though"

  5. The geeks behind this concept are evil and soulless at their core. They have no mind of how they will take jobs away from people that depend on uber driving to feed their families.

  6. It's purposefully not widely known, but Waymo is COMPLETELY USELESS without a secret army of HUMANS constantly giving every single car real time instructions behind the scenes. This is NOT a "self-driving car" by any stretch of the imagination, unless your definition of "self-driving" is "controlled by humans."

  7. Took one in Santa Monica with my family while they were in town visiting me and everyone loved it. Super clean car, smooth ride, no mindless chatter, felt safe the entire time!

  8. for me its a no brainer I trust uber drivers to stop at a red light so why not honestly this gives me hope for the future cant wait for dino's to get replaced

  9. While it kills human jobs and gives others ideas and encourages them to kill more human jobs. Everyone who rides this thing is going to regret this in a couple years. Oh its cool!!! Yeah until it takes your livelihood from you. Good luck everyone.
