  1. Its simple, every single player matters and one who is failing to perform, should rest and come back strong. Doesn't matter whether they were king or not at some point. Gambir has done nothing wrong. Nitish kumar, tilak, sanju all are gambirs findings.

  2. Decision must require to remove CAPTAIN……

Decision must require to remove key player in out of form…

Head coach given the responsibility, but…..

    Think the following reality

Rohith is better captain and there is no much difference in bringing Gill.

When a player like Rohith rested, opponents feel that BHARATH struggling and our team too demotivated…

Rohith must to be encouraged, HEAD COACH require to EMPOWER Rohith as captain and as a player …

  3. Somehow, I feel Gambhir has been shortchanged by top brass by siding with the senior players. Gambhir might succeed or fail but he seems to have the intent in making this a team game instead of bunch of superstars.

  4. The 3 mistakes whether the board or coach or captain has taken is leaving out Pujara, Rahane and forcing Ashwin forces to retirw. Those mistakes forced India has put in dire states and to crave for every win

  5. It’s strange

Kohli score century when Sharma was not playing 1st Test
Kohli didn’t score for rest of the 3 Test
Now wait and watch what Kohli do in 5th Test when Sharma is not playing 🤷🏻‍♂️

  6. "Indian team is in safe hands until honest people are sitting in the room" – Well said Gambhir.
Unfortunately, selection committee is run by PR and boot-lickers who can influence "Mumbai ka Raja", "Talented GOAT", "all-time consistent Rahul baba" forever survive in the team.😡😈

  7. Bringing Rohit into this team for the second test is a farce. This potentially costed the team a finals spot in the ICC test final.
It hurt the senior player's career records too…
The momentum created by Bumrah and co in the first test was lost.
Seniors and past achievements are great… but merit is king.

  8. Gambir not getting anywhere,he lost all important series. He is not firm enough.Looks like he is been led by senior players.Pant has done his job in the series but what about the front line, absolutely failure captaincy and Virat.
Replace them give the chances to young players. That’s how India won last time.

  9. Coach job is not to select but coach and manage players he is dealt with; If he can’t do that he should resign and let somebody do the job instead of blaming and excuses
