The Bill of Attainder is expressly forbidden in the Constitution. It usurps the powers of the judicial branch to subvert the US Constitution, and strip American citizens of the right to a trial without charges or even a trial.
This overthrows our Constitution and steals powers of the judicial branch to summarily charge USA 🇺🇸 citizens. These are all acts of the "Bill of Attainder."
These acts are in of themselves High Crimes, of Insurrection, Sedition, and Treason! These crimes are unable to be pardoned. So the Jan 6th Committee can not be pardoned if charged with these crimes in a new trial. Joe Biden's pardons are not worth the paper they're printed on. And at the same time, all the Americans imprisoned without charges or a trial by the Un-Constitutional use of the definitional meaning and processes known as the "Bill of Attainder" do not need a pardon and are free to go.
