  1. Lot more is needed. To start with India must short list constituencies to be reserved for women only, like we did in Municipal elections in many cities of India (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner etc). We must aim for 50 % women in parliament and make plans to achieve this target. This shall be the real empowement of women.
