Four French rockets have docked with the International Space Station (ISS). Japan's rockets, specifically the H-II Transfer Vehicle nicknamed "Kounotori" (White Stork), have docked with the International Space Station nine times. These space docking by EU. Francs and Japan prove Indian ISRO is LYING. In any event, India will NOT be the 4th in the Elite Club

The docking technology has been mastered very long time ago by the big boys (Russia, China and USA). We never see them brag about it. But for Indians, they brag about almost anything, even something very trivial.
It is good to let know your country about importance of this mission because the vast majority of people are still uneducated but avoid bragging this news internationally.
What USA has done in 1960s, we are trying to do now. We are lagging behind more than 60 years, that is not a joke. The reason is govt spending on R & D. We spend less than 2% GDP in all educational and reasearch, that stands no where in comparison with USA and China

first for ISRO should be sending a man into space, for that docking is not necessary, even for sending a probe to the moon, docking is not necessary, China has space station, so China does docking all the time, ISRO spending limited money on things without much significance, with the money, India should spend on building up deep space net work, for now, all space programs from India all are dependent on NASA or ESA for guidance since India has no DSN, and then claim all done by India.
