I'd like to give you my perspective on the Hindus of India.
The majority of colonially afflicted Hindus – my estimate is about 70% of India's population out of the 80% of the Hindu population are "Red-Light-Area Hindus."
Constitutional secularism in India is a euphemism for the prostitution of Hindu identity.
If Hindu identity is metaphorically like a mother for Hindus, 70 out of 80% of India's Hindus believe that their mother is a prostitute. Why? Because India is a secular country with secularism enshrined in the constitution. 35 out of 70 consisting of Dravidas, Communists, Socialists, Woke liberals, Khan market intellectuals, and journalists are category "A" Red-Light-Area prostituted Hindus who are thrilled and revel at the fact that their mother (identity) is a prostitute. They have the mindset of a man who puts a "For-Sale" tag on his mother and stands on the road soliciting customers. Such Hindus are the vote-bank of INDI parties along with Muslims.
The other 35 out of 70 consist of Hindus who are secular-educated and believe their mother (identity) is, unfortunately, a prostitute because India is "secular." They revere their mother (identity), but when there is a knock on the door, they touch her feet and hand her over to be molested and raped, like how the UBT police handed over the Palgarh Sadhus. They then overcome their guilt by doing more poojas and parayanams.
Post-2014, a good part of the latter 35 groups of UBT Police, like Hindus, have gained courage and have started backing the BJP, which is the party of the 10% genuine Hindus who think their mother (identity) is like God and not a prostitute. That is how BJP has started getting 35-40% of the votes in India.
With the visceral prostituted identity of Hindus of the former 35 group plus other than Hindus, 20% of India, India is indeed a Hindu minority country.
When there is no secularism in our neighbourhood why shoukd india remain secular especially when islamic neighbourhood have removed the word secular from their constitution.

Judging a person based on which religion they're born into is not secularism. Secularism itself is a religion. Secularism is when you know all scriptures (ALL SCRIPTURES) and then logically and rationally coming to the truth. Belief in God and the government system cannot be separated. A religion influences your morals and that influences society and that is an influence on everyone. So what secularism are y'all fighting for?
