That’s physical abuse, in our state the teachers are not allowed to even carry sticks to classrooms. And the relationship between teacher and student is very healthy which help students to express their emotions better and helps teachers to understand students problems. This physical abuse even thought the teacher might be trying to teach them would rather leave a trauma and would be scared which is not good for child development.
