How can there be any meaningful negotiation with Putin’s Russia which has not honoured any agreement with Sovereign Ukraine, and even insisted there was no intention to invade Ukraine in the weeks before 22 Feb 2022? Putin will only use any ceasefire to prepare as fast as possible to restore capability to resume the invasion. And it is an invasion, not a liberation.
