Featuring academics from the International Relations Department at the LSE, ‘International Relations: an introduction’ is a 10-minute film about the study of international relations, particularly at the LSE. The film looks at what we study, and why, and also at major themes and how to approach them, and debates Star Trek and whether there will ever be world peace.

  1. I graduated 2 years ago Business management as marketing ,and then after one year , I started international relations postgraduate masters Degree i loved di much very interested

  2. IR and the study of power will exist as long as multiplicity exists. A multidimensional, multitemporal honest de-occulted, exopolitical analysis has great potential. Anything else is a waste of time.

  3. An honest, de-occulted approach could save International Relations, Politics, History, Philosophy, Science and Culture. One that includes the whacky bits about aliens, magic, secret societies, suppressed technology, time travel and more

  4. LSE, what do you think, am i ready to face the world and the planet next year 2024 ?

Youtube, Meta, X, please share my data with academic institutions, I do understand I had to cover several bases of dialogues with the way people communicate with eachother in real life in person. And I do hope you understand the hard hitting words in every language that creates a barrier towards evolving collectively as a Human race.

How to make use of Simple Respectful Languages' to touch every human beings on our collective journey of a life on this planet ?

I need professionally experienced team of scholars who could work on the above said lines.

    Thanks.

  5. And every and each one of those believing and working towards a fairer, more connected future move their wheels on their terms as they've always done. "Where would we be when nobody had moved anything idealistically ever?" I always want to ask all those pessimistic fatalists. Probably in some cave hey 😉
Hence what would happen if more humen chose this belief in the inherent goodness of men that results consequently mirrored in an inherent goodness of the world, where we can live with greater peace, compassion and global welfare. It all begins within us, and the world outside is a mirror of the world in all of us.
The question is if we as a society can collectively choose to work on our own openness, our humanity? It does not matter where we come from and which explicit values we do not share, I ask what it is that we do share, and to go from there and grow that, together as one. And I am sure we are about to see a world diversly beautiful, safe, clean, and abundant.

  6. "You're relationship to them is trillions and we can never match that in funds we give you."
    "It is on the house."

This is part of the conversation.

You can have relationships with both and try to meet people in the middle of this and find overlap or compromise briefly or longterm. It might be imperative for you both staying on the same playing field or even elevating yourself or both of you in a different direction.

  7. My dear Humans, international Relations involves you, how you treat those you don't see often. International Relations is about connecting our lost or dwindling connections and revive them and make us one.
_I'm a Jesh El Amer, or the Lost Boy of Sudan and when I look at Human greed and the death of Brother Dr. John Garang de Mabior, I just cried and thank God Salva Kiir Mayardit is doing all he can, but our Human stupidities never rests, but I wonder why Humans can't just respect and love each other.

  9. Okay, so everyone on this clip talks about wars that happened in the past, at least up to 6.24 which I listen up to now – Why not talk about on going relationships/issues between countries.
Like China, Russia, Iran and many more where the western countries and US does not have a good or a concrete relationships. Basically tension does exist between certain countries.
Can anyone of the professor or for that matter, anyone please educate me whether or Why Not put in the syllabus issues currently faced between countries.
