Huawei doesn’t need to steal these west’s top tech talents , because these beasts who will pay to work will find another way to archive these tech talents.However,in the most extreme case,the worst-case scenario would be to become a completely closed country like North Korea. After all, as long as I don't acknowledge your existence, I can use your things freely. Instead of worrying about Huawei here, it's better to think about how to handle de Sinicization and the revival of the manufacturing industry.😅
How can China steal talent when most of the researchers are Chinese. China has a policy to allow their top talent to mix their academic scheme. Taiwanese are Chinese, please protect your capital by not showing undying jealousy. USA has no technologists but have foreigners running their activities. .
