Doctors were responsible for the deaths of Mathew Perry and more rock stars than twin-engine planes. The medical industrial complex says these are just a few bad apples – but are they?

  1. Oh Billy Boy, methinks you don't understand numbers. In fact, none of the anti-opiate chuckleheads do. 145 billion equaling 210k deaths? Ok, now remove the people who knowingly abused them and died…….oh, so its like one in ….about the same amount as anything else a doctor does. The only medical problems we have really is that weak willed people want scripts to get thru normal day to day life. That's all. I did opiates, on doctor orders, for almost two decades. Now I'm older, thinner, in better health by miles and use LEGAL weed in a legal state. If you die from these things, more than likely you did something stupid. Sick of laws stopping those of us with sense from doing what we want.

  2. Solutions: Do like us, and dont call both, illegal recriational drugs and medication just drugs. And stop patronising illegal drug users by calling them substance abusers, call them narcs that they are.

And that is true that "Oxy is heroin…etc", but "prescription" they are used is completely different. Oxycodone is used to relieve severe pain. Pretty sure none of the narcs who use heroin use it to relieve pain.

Btw: Beer is not a drug! If it is, why haven't any doctor ever given anybody prescription of beer to some ailment? = No drug.

  3. As a 77 year old polio SURVIVOR watching this I regret that you’re out of your depth talking and influencing an already biased public stigma about pain medication. People who are in pain are being cut off cold turkey and offing themselves when they can’t take it anymore. It’s not prescription medicine that’s fueling the death rate, it’s largely people who don’t take personal responsibility for their decisions and hooking into the cartel. Kind of like speaking out in a public forum about something he is wrong about and then sitting back, lightly up a joint and tipping a bottle into his glass on his one on one show. I just found out that I’m one of the many who’s being cut off and I’m scared shirtless* about my future of unrelieved bone on bone pain from arthritis in my legs, back and arms. Thanks, you just made it worse by not getting the full picture; just like the CDC, the DEA and the mainstream media who jumped on board and ran with unsubstantiated information.

  4. Yeah, clap away, there's nothing the left likes more than an excuse. There's plenty of blame to go around and WAY too much to heap on just the medical community, but under no circumstances are we allowed to even suggest the addict might be even slightly to blame.

  5. Don't care about an overpaid professional pretender dying and where is he now? The rich man and Lazarus and GOD rewarded the poor and tormented the rich, no wonder why the rich don't believe in GOD.

  6. The prescribed Phenobarbital for me when I was 9 10 years old, they said I was hyperactive, this was after a couple of years after I was shoved in front of a moving car and was in a coma for a week

  7. He set himself on fire. He was a liar. Sorry , Bill, but drug dealers have been killing people for years. Have you ever said anything about that?
When Perry was doing the circuit I told friends he was not clean and had no message. People thought I was wrong and mean spirited.

  8. The only thing you have to know about the average Americans intelligence is that every prescription has a disclaimer “ DO NOT TAKE IF ALLERGIC” WTF!!!!🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  9. As far as the question why did doctors kill so many rockstars I think no one has done a better job at answering. That question than George Harrison did back in the 90s. When he and the other 2 surviving Beatles was doing their story. He said fame is a odd thing. It can bring you money which will give you a Little freedom like you can go to bahamas when you want too, but it does not Bring you happiness In fact it can Actually put you in a darker place. And I think these rocks are kind of used money as a way to bring happiness. When they can't get it, the the real way.

  10. Unfortunately, doctors prescribe and keep patients on opioids because if they don’t, the patient will give them horrible reviews. This is the world we live in where the physician’s employer looks at reviews from patients. Of course only pissed off patients actually complete reviews. So you see why so many patients are prescribed opioids.

  11. When companies sell you something that is "all natural," be warned. The Chemist in these companies consider everything is " natural" . The way they see it , if the product is made of elements in the Universe then it's natural.
