Earlier on Monday, India launched a new space mission from the launchpad of the Sriharikota spaceport. The mission, called SpaDeX or Space Docking Experiment, is a stepping-stone in India’s bid to become a space superpower. Onboard are two satellites that will be used to test new docking technology. Perfecting the difficult maneuver is vital to India’s upcoming missions. It hopes to bring a sample from the Moon back to Earth. India wants to have its own space station in orbit by 2035.

  1. Must dock unemployment and economy downfall crisis with the population of 150 crore india, ISRO was in congress government and now in BJP government it is established to do experiments to gain knowledge but its fruits are not reached to common man that day is the day of ISRO untill no exaggerations

  2. Update: docking completed successfully. Western media is a bit silent. It's good for all guys.
This is good for humanity and science.

But Germany doesn't have a launch system built by themselves so a little bit of shy is understandable.

  3. India asked and wanted Docking From the USA , But the USA denied, india Making their own Technology and better than anyone, Bharat Docing system ❤ But still India is Not UN permanent members 😂 This is not fair dear world 😊

  4. Good job ISRO 👏
An answer to so, much of jealous and hate towards India; mostly due to colonial, religious and racial mind set. Remember, in this era of internet, everything you said is recorded permanently, and will definitely come to bite you later. 😅

  5. Rendezvous and docking are two critical steps in spaceflight that involve bringing two spacecraft together. and has been the Basics done many times in 1965 onwards , apollo missions onwards . Today with the money India's ISRO dows spends , amateurs can do those as well. Amateurs will not allowed to do them , because rocketry is also closely tied to missile launches . So be knowledgeable about all that. If permitted and if funded I could very well demonstrate Rendezvous and docking in space of 2 or more cubesats .

  6. Those who are born to be great will be at the top no matter how much obstacles this world creates in their path.. It's been just 75 years of India's independence and look where India is today in economy, education,AI, tech, military weapons, solar energy and rapid infrastructure revolution

  7. Great feat!
    Congrats ISRO…🎉🎉 Congrats India 🎉🎉
In peanut size of budget compare to USA, China and Russia – India doing great consistently with remarkable success rate.
This technology will also help as applications in other areas.
