Bhai 2021 ka paas out hu btech se techical jobs to nhi mili abhi tk to idhar udhar dekh rha hu interviewer k paas post 1 hoti hai applicant 1000+ hoti hai aur upar se unko fresher with 5years of experience chahiye skills ka to pta nhi par dimag ka bhaag bhos—- hojata hai interview mai aur agar sb kuch shi bhi rha to boldete hai hum aapko mail p bta dege mail to kabhi aata nhi phone number vo apna dete nhi follow up kre to kre kisse

Parents liberal hain to lawnda pressure ni le paaya isilie mar gaya.. lekin isme company ki thodi koi galti hai. company thodi na exploit kar rahi hai workload ya working hours ko.. ye sab bekar ki baatein hain .
Bhai job change karne se personally wo banda probably sahi jagah chala jayga, but uska koi to replacement ayga na. phir wai pressure jhelega. workload extra dena 48 hrs a week se upar kaam karana bina comp off die ye sab chal raha h market me jo unethical k sath UNLAWFUL bhi hai usko address karna chahie companies ko.. jab har jagah hi aesa culture norm ho jayga phir kab tak switch karogay bhai.
Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1962 wagera laws pe thoda padhai likhai ki jaruat hai ab yaha.. exploitation of employee khatam karo. acha culture banao har jagah. there are laws which difine working hours overtime pay manythings . but humko pata hai nai ,aur in general compaines ijjat bhi ni karti in sab chiz ka isilie exploit ho raha h sab

12:25 completely disagree with what he says after 12:25. Some companies are forcing it's employees to work for more than 10 hours a day for 30-40k rupees. Why can't those fraud companies hire 3 shift of 8 hours instead? Well it's because they don't give a shit💩 about Nation's development, they just want to double, triple their bank balance. Why waste money on employees
