  1. The franchise is a country club ball team and who ever controls this club likes it. They fired Head Coach Flores after telling him to lose and he even had a 2-1 record against winning teams with Tua at QB. McDaniel is something like 3-15 wirh Tua at QB against teams with winning records and will continue to lose for it seems many players have no or little respect for this coach.

  2. Huge fan, but the Phins will never be good until they get rid of Chris Grier. He has the worst drafts and trades in the league. I think a new head coach is also needed. This experiment has gone on long enough. The Dolphins are not showing a dominating tough team. It is hard to portray toughness, when your coach looks like he could be snapped in half by a stiff breeze.

  3. I feel the players know when a HC and GM are heading OTD. That is the type of season the Fins will have. Reminds me of the last year of Tony Sparano. RIP.

  4. You cannot hinge your team on the back of a qb with the deficiencies that Tua has, because he’s just above average.. and holds the team there, so when he’s inevitably injured this team is objectively not even close to being good.

  5. You’re right – as long as we have two non leader persons at HC and QB – we will be nothing as a contender! They are both what we call participants not leaders! The 1972 Dolphins went undefeated with a back up QB Earl Morral.

  6. The biggest issue on the Phins is Tu'a he is not good enough as a QB. He is the biggest reason they are not very sucessful. He is burning way to much cap space for what he brings. It is very foolish to dismiss the biggest issue facing them which is Tu'a.

  7. The attitude he showed in the traffic stop showed me Tyreek not a player you want on a young team. Maybe a more veteran team could use him. If not he'll be like Antonio Brown out of the league

  8. With McDaniel getting his head scratcher of an extension there was absolutely zero chance of him getting canned. As long as Mcdaniel is the HC and play caller my beloved Miami Dolphins aren't going anywhere anytime soon. This guy is joke. He's nothing more than a play Designer, a staff member on an offensive staff. This guy is in way over his head. He's not a leader, he's a players friend. His philosophy allows the players to run the team. This guy is something like 4/19 when it comes to challenging plays. That's terrible considering there are spotters in the stands, multiple jumbotrons in any direction you look. His inability to stick with the run when its working. Finally got TE Jonnu Smith involved the second half of the season. Allows Julian Hill to play in games when you know he's going to draw at least 3-4 penalties a game and receives zero discipline. The entire team as a whole isn't prepared or disciplined. A team takes on the personality of its Coach. McDaniel is a nice guy,at times funny, he's smart and he's also soft. Sorry fellow Fins fans but the umms, ahs, and long pregnant pauses at the podium aren't funny anymore and at least for me the 25'-26' NFL season is already over. I've seen this story before and it doesn't end well. What's he going to do? Go from good cop to bad cop overnight? I've been waiting for over 40 years to see them win something to only say well there's always next season. As long as he's there I'm not falling for the banana in the tailpipe, drinking the kool-aid, or smoke some Hopium. Look for DC Anthony Weaver to become Interim HC as all this falls apart half way through the season as he auditions to secure the vacancy in Miami and a choice few in the rest of the NFL. Tua deserves better!!

  9. Miami Dolphins future doesnt scare me at all and heres why.
You have Tua who is the Dolphins FRANCHISE QB1 and the QB2 can be a QB from free agency or the Draft or could be Snoop anyway you look at it theres 3 choices for QB2 !!!
THEN YOU HAVE 3 RBs THAT CAN RUN THE FOOTBALL ( Achane, Mostert, Wright ) the problem is the OLINE !!! YOU GUYS " Fans " say that Tua CAN'T perform off script plays WHICH ISNT TRUE because with OFF SCRIPT PLAYS YOU NEED TIME IN THE POCKET WHICH TUA DOESNT HAVE LIKE ( Mahomes, Jackson, Josh Allen etc. )!!!
Tua's OLINE HAS BEEN THE WORST OLINE IN FRANCHISE HISTORY AND ONE OF THE WORST OLINES IN 5 SEASONS IN NFL HISTORY SMH !!!
( 31st, 32nd, 25th, 31st, 26th ) ISNT GOOD AT ALL IN FACT THATS WHY THE MIAMI DOLPHINS CANT WIN PLAYOFF GAMES AND GO TO SUPER BOWLS !!!
DYNASTY TEAMS LIKE THE PATRIOTS AND KC CHEIFS THEY HAVE 2 THINGS THAT THE DOLPHINS DONT HAVE :
RUN GAME, AND OLINE TO OPEN THOSE HOLES FOR THE RUNNING BACKS TO RUN THROUGH !!!
IT DOESNT MATTER HOW BIG THE RUNNING BACK IS BECAUSE WHEN YOU DONT HAVE A OLINE THE DEFENSIVE LINE WILL STILL STOP THE RUNNING BACK !!!
SO THE KEY ON HAVING A GOOD OFFENSE IS HAVING A GOOD PASSING GAME ( which the Miami Dolphins have with Tua !!! With Tua he has elevated the WR room and has lead the Dolphins to WIN when the WRs didnt have separation Tua got the Dolphins just 1 game short of the playoffs his first 2 seasons
With a HC who didnt like him and 4 different OCs in Tua's FIRST 2 SEASONS !!!
Now when McDaniel became HC Tua again ELEVATED the WR core with
TYREEK having 1700 yds receiving and 1799 yds receiving which were CAREER SEASONS FOR TYREEK AND TYREEK WAS WITH MAHOMES AND DIDNT HAVE THAT KIND OF SEASON AND YES TUA HAD OTHER WR's that were good TO THROW TO :
Waddle had his first 3 seasons with the Dolphins had 3 consecutive 1000 receiving yd seasons( one of them was over 1400 yds) which was a NEW FRANCHISE RECORD !!!
    ANOTHER ONE IS
Jonnu Smith had his CAREER SEASON HIGH and BROKE THE MIAMI DOLPHINS FRANCHISE RECORD AS A TE !!!
TUA IS THE BEST QB1 SINCE MARINO AND IVE BEEN WATCHING THE DOLPHINS SINCE THE 1970's and the NFL !!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED TO WIN A SUPER BOWL AND TO BE A DYNASTY TEAM !!!
TO WIN A SUPER BOWL YOU MUST HAVE A ( oline, running game, passing game ) !!!
To be a DYNASTY TEAM you MUST
HAVE ( quality back up oline, run game, and passing game ) YOU ALSO MUST HAVE THE COACHING AS WELL !!!!
THE DOLPHINS HAVE THE COACHING, PASSING GAME, AND RUNNING BACKS ( need the oline to have a running game) !!!
DONT HAVE THE OLINE !!! THE DOLPHINS NEED OLINE AND DEFENSIVE LINE HELP AS WELL DEPTH AT LB AND CB AND S !!!
THERES NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT BECAUSE TGERES 3 WAYS THE DOLPHINS CAN GET THESE PLAYERS DRAFT, UDFA'S AND FREE AGENTS !!! SMH!!!
    FINS UP

  10. Here you go: the Dolphins have NO offensive line. The Dolphins need at LEAST two rotational D linemen. The Dolphins can use another corner and safety. The Dolphins need another LB, if not two. The Dolphins screwed up by letting Van Ginkle go at a better price point than the stupidity of keeping the injury prone (since college!) Phillips. BTW, when given the choice to draft between Phillips and Rousseau, leave it to the Dolphins to fuck that up – always. The Dolphins need a BIG (in size), YOUNG running back. The Dolphins need a happy Hill and a healthy Waddle, who always seems to be banged up. The Dolphins have MANY, MANY needs, and they are hamstrung by a QB they are paying $200M for the next four years who isn't even worth $20M a year because he can't run, can't throw long, is NOT athletic, is TOO short, and… wait for it… is ALWAYS hurt. Can't win against winners, capable of bullying sub-.500 teams when ALL conditions are perfect… and Hill is playing. All of this orchestrated by a coach who is as pillowy-soft as a melted marshmallow inside a s'more. IF we draft well – always a crapshoot with this GM – expect 9-8, 8-9, 10-7 seasons where playoffs may or may not happen. Same old, tired-ass'd Mullets. Saved anyone 16 minutes.
