  1. Mike tomlin might be the best coach in the nfl… no other coach could possibly win games with these steelers teams it is so hard to scrape by in our dubs… idk how we fix it but usually we never get High draft picks anyway and we end up with Antonio browns and le’veon bells… it happens sometimes that we end up with a Tommy maddox 🥷🏼

  2. They could always tank next season for arch manning LOL, or roll with Justin and if it doesn’t work out sign a free agent next year, of which might include Brock Purdy if the 49ers don’t pay him.

  3. Nothing about the Steelers will change until the culture changes. The culture is DEI. Steelers are the most DEI organization in the league. At one time it had the most merit based management. Google it.

  4. No. They need some good fortune at Quarterback which is an awful outlook, relying on fortune, but that's all they got. They never gone lose enough to get a top draft pick or even lose enough to be in position to trade up. There issue is too much competitiveness and too competent and consistent a coaching staff led by the man the myth the legend Mike T. MIKE T IS THE STEELERS.

  5. 2013: peyton breaks the record books
    2014: on to Cincinnati
    2015: von miller
    2016: brady revenge tour
    2017: sacksonville
    2018: bradys 6th
The steelers were just stuck in a conference dominated by 2 hofers and the odd defensive powerhouse storyline

  6. Tomlin’s last 8 years is like Marvin Lewis now. But Pittsburgh really haven’t went “all-in” for a season to make a SB run lately.

  7. They had the worst quarterback in the playoffs. Their entire strategy is like the Miami Heat all u end up doing is building hope as a dark horse every year

  8. That team needs a new formula for finding receiving talent, need to move on from TJ and half the defensive talent for offensive talent. If ANYONE else was coaching that team they’d have the same records as the bengals because they’re just the anti bengals.

  9. I say roll with Justin Fields next season to at least see what you have with him under center, because if not then this team needs to have a losing season. Mike Tomlin and the Rooneys need a serious wake up call, because sleep walking into 9-10 win seasons and first round playoff exits clearly isn't getting the message through to them.

  10. I truly believe if the Steelers simply tank one year and get tomlin a top tier qb in the draft they will be contenders. He’s had no one at qb since Big Ben left

  11. 5:00 it genuinely fr 100% actually feels like the nfl is rigged. That’s what it feels like. Why tf else would you keep doing the same shitty scheme over and over and over, when it never works!! I stg, if Russ wasn’t as good as he is, this would’ve been our first losing season. In the Steelers last 6 games it felt like 75% of the yards Russ threw for was on 3rd down.

  12. This is what I've been saying since 2020. I hate to take a victory lap because we're stuck with Mediocre Mike, but Tomlin is the problem.

I honestly want the Steelers to sign Rodgers, so Rodgers and Tomlin get into a massive fight. Rodgers will see right through Tomlin's bullshit facade. This is a team that needs to go 4-13

  13. They haven’t drafted in the top 10 in forever. They win every single freaking year with teams that they shouldnt. Pittsburgh fans are the most spoiled rotten unappreciative brats in the world. How dense can you idiots be not to realize that he’s winning and rebuilding at the same time while making the playoffs. That’s unheard of. Honestly you’re all so pathetic

  14. I’m astounded at how so many Steeler fans could think Tomlin is the problem, it’s one of the least talented rosters with no QB in a tough division. The fact they make the playoffs every year is a remarkable achievement. It took the team 20 years after Bradshaw to find their next legit QB and it’s probably going to take 20 more to find their next legit guy. Most coaches would be having 5 or 6 win seasons with that roster, which is exactly what will happen if they’re dumb enough to let Tomlin go.

  15. When the Steelers succeed it’s all due to Tomlin.
When they fail it’s all because of someone, anyone else.
Any other coach would have been fired at least 3 years ago.
But not St. Tomlin. He can do nothing wrong.
There’s always an excuse to protect this guy.
He inherited a great team with a great culture and he did what he was supposed to with them…not fuck it up.
Since then he’s been nothing but average and he’s been below average in the postseason.
Both he and the Steelers would benefit from a parting of the ways.

  16. Bengal fan here. Nothing but respect for Tomlin. When he has talent, there SB competitor's. When there low on talent, he wins 10 games. Ill take him to coach Burrow for 10 years any day over Zac Taylor. You are spoiled from success Steelers. …and even in defeat belive me, the steelers will be fine.

  17. Michel Penix and Bo Nix are 25 yrs old. So why is Justin's age such an issue when it comes to being the starter? Pittsburgh can't afford to drop the ball with this. Aaron Rodgers is not George Blanda, to bring him in simply repeats what just occurred with Russell Wilson.

    Let Justin play.

Build around him and see if he conti ues to improve. It was an ego check for Tomlin to pull Fields for Wilson, and the end result was him failing again. It's not about Veteran leadership, it's about the lack of talent and bad talent management. Chicago failed Fields, I don't want to see Pittsburgh follow the same ridiculous floor plan as the Bears had before.

  18. As a huge Steelers fan for over two decades, I’d rather we suck for multiple seasons and get good draft picks, over what were doing with this same result every year, barely making/missing playoffs when we do we lose embarrassingly..
